Can I disable its command while playing, or change it to something competely different (that wont kill my game).

Alt+F4 is a Windows command not a Guild Wars command.

If you want, you can go into the keybinding menu in Guild Wars and change it so Alt+F4 is another command entirely if you don't want to it kill your game. I'm going to check this first. Though I imagine it might work since it would override it in the game...

Yes that, and also my Alt key is Push to Talk, and my F4 key will drop the flag to my weapon set 4, so if Im calling a drop spike then ill leave.

easy, just change your push to talk key to something else or change the weapon slot 4 for something else than F4. Easier than changing the windows key bindings.
